Abus de pouvoir et harcèlement sur les lieux de travail des arts du spectacle


Depuis que #MeToo est devenu viral à la fin de l’année 2017, les gens travaillant dans le milieu des arts du spectacle partout dans le monde ont commencé à évaluer leur propre environnement de travail. Cette séance sera l'occasion de se soutenir mutuellement en partageant des solutions pratiques pour faire face aux abus de pouvoir. Quelques exemples pertinents d'initiatives et de ressources internationales seront communiqués, et nous aimerions que vous preniez part au groupe en partageant vos exemples. Grâce à ces informations partagées au sein du groupe et avec l'ensemble du réseau, nous espérons aider chaque personne à faire face aux abus de pouvoir lorsqu’elle rencontre au travail.

I'll be helping facilitate this session - though I am not an expert, I have been involved in what has been going on in Ireland recently. We're looking for someone else with experience in this area who is planning to come to Porto to help me facilitate the session, so if you have a good idea, please contact the IETM team.

There are lots of examples of discussions about harassment, sexual harassment and bullying starting in various countries. I'd like to use this session to to hear more and compile a list of resources, as well as examples of how things are (or are not) changing.
