Ireland’s first site-specific arts festival (BIG House) will take place in the stunning surroundings of Castletown House in August 2013. The organisers,The Performance Corporation, invite international IETM delegates before the official start of the Meeting to visit the building and grounds, hear about their plans and – who knows – maybe start a conversation about developing work for the festival. The trip is open to international IETM Dublin delegates, however The Performance Corporation particularly invite production companies and artists who are interested in working in a site specific way. The workshop will be led by Lynnette Moran (Live Collision International Festival) and Tom Creed (Cork Midsummer Festival) both experienced artists and producers who participated in the Atelier for Festival Managers 2012 run by the European Festivals Association. This workshop event will coincide with IETM Dublin. The Arts Council of Ireland présente un atelier spécial créé pour les managers et organisateurs de festival.
