The registration fee for disabled artists and cultural workers is €50, regardless of turnover or where you are based.
We offer free registration for your support worker or access assistant. Please contact [email protected] to book this space.

The following information applies to the daytime programme at Bradford Arts Centre on 23rd and 24th October:
What to expect
- The meeting includes a mixture of presentations, panel discussions and workshops. Please see the online programme for a description of each session.
- Please see the Workshop Overview page for the questions you will be asked to consider in each of the workshop sessions.
- IETM meetings are informal. You are welcome to leave the room and return whenever you would like and to get up, move around and move your body.
- Please see the Bradford Arts Centre website for pictures of the rooms we will be using. We are using: The Hall, Weston Room, Clock Tower Suite.
Physical accessibility
- All meeting rooms have step free access.
- The elevator provides step free access to all floors.
- There are step free entrances on either side of the building.
- There are no hearing loops available throughout the building. You are welcome to connect your hearing device through the wireless system if it’s compatible, please ask a member of staff to help you.
- A fridge for medication storage can be provided upon request.
Parking and taxi drop-off point
- Disabled parking is available for Blue Badge holders. Please contact Bradford Arts Centre on [email protected] / 01274 303340 for more information.
- CityTaxi’s can drop you off right at the entrance of Bradford Arts Centre.
Toilets
- There are 6 accessible toilets throughout the building.
- There is a Changing Places toilet on the ground floor.
- There are six accessible toilets available and are gender neutral for the meeting.
Faith/Quiet Room
- There is a Faith/Quiet Room level two/the main floor.
- This is a space in which to decompress and to take some time away from the meeting. This does not mean you have to be completely quiet - if there is no one else in the room, please feel free to vocalise or otherwise express yourself.
Welfare support
Tshayi Hercules (also known as T) will be available on Thursday 23 October, 10.00 - 15.00 to offer support to anyone who feels affected or needs to talk following sensitive discussions. Providing a safe, confidential space to listen and, where needed, signposting individuals to appropriate further support or services. You can find T in the foyer near the accreditation desk and around the venue.
Captions
- There are captions available for every session.
- We will ensure that at least one break-out group in each session is captioned. Signs will indicate which group this is or please ask a volunteer or staff member.
- You can access the captions on your smartphone by using the QR code displayed in each room.

- We will print a small number of the above programmes for participants to take from the accreditation desk, as well as large print programme.
Seating
- All chairs are folding chairs without arms. If you have special seating requirements, please contact us at [email protected] ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- A number of bean bags are available in The Hall and in the Quiet Room.
Sensory kit
- There are ear defenders available at the accreditation desk.
- There are fidget toys, colouring books, felt tip pens and plain paper available at the accreditation desk and in the Quiet Room.
Children
- Babies are welcome at the meeting.
Service animals
- You can of course bring an assistance dog to Bradford Arts Centre.
