How do I register?
Once you have been selected as a participant for IETM Campus Polverigi, we will send you a link to register.
Can I come only for a few days?
The IETM Campus is a comprehensive week of training with sessions building on each other. For this reason, we require participants to be able to commit to the entire programme.
Can I find my own accommodation?
In order to have a more well-rounded experience for everyone, all participants will lodge together at Villa Nappi. However, if for some reason the accommodations at Villa Nappi are not suitable to your needs, please contact us and we will try to work together on finding an alternative solution.
What is the expected budget for participants in terms of expenses on site?
8 meals of approximately 8€ to 15€ on average each will be at your own expense.
Can I receive a grant to support my attendance for the IETM Campus?
IETM does not offer travel grants for travelling to the IETM Campus. We suggest that you check out the following resources for information on mobility funding:
On The Move (OTM) is the cultural mobility information network active in Europe and worldwide. OTM produces national and regional cultural mobility funding guides in partnership with key stakeholders in the arts. You can explore them here.
Culture Moves Europe is the new, full-scale European cultural mobility scheme funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union and implemented by Goethe-Institut. Learn more about it here.
I am a person with reduced mobility/blind/deaf. Can I attend and will accommodations be made?
IETM is committed to meeting your access needs and finding suitable accommodations in order to provide equitable learning conditions for all participants. Villa Nappi is accessible for wheelchair users; we have detailed information about accessibility on our practical information page.
