Ahead of IETM Lyon 2021, on 20 October, you are invited to join us on one of our pre-meeting trips to Haute Loire or to Clermont-Ferrand.

Pre-meeting trip to Clermont Ferrand
International "Ado-rama" - The challenges of cooperation projects with young people

This is a full-day event dedicated to the topic of artistic creation with young audiences (more specifically teenage actors), organised by IETM member Théâtre du Pélican, in partnership with Comédie de Clermont and the regional platform for young audiences DoMino.
There is no participation fee but you can choose to pre-book a meal at the restaurant "Les grandes Tables de la Comédie" / 15€ per person / To be paid on the spot (no obligation).
Maximum: 50 participants
The pre-meeting is supported by the City of Clermont-Ferrand and Clermont Ferrand Massif Central 2028.

Performative reading of the text Nous ne serons pas les sentinelles de vos ruines (We will not be the sentinels of your ruins) by Guillaume Cayet*, proposed by the students in Performing Arts at the University of Clermont Auvergne and under the direction of Yassaman Khajehi, lecturer, author and stage director.

Important practicalities
Taking part in the pre-meeting trip requires you to arrive in Lyon on 19 October in order to be able to commute to Clermont-Ferrand and be ready to leave the next morning. Don’t forget to bring comfortable shoes, wind- and waterproofs. You will also need a rucksack to carry a water bottle, a reusable coffee mug if you have one.

Online pre-meeting trip to Haute-Loire [Physical pre-meeting transferred online]
Transmission in Rural And Peri-urban Territories
The physical pre-meeting trip initially planned on site in Haute-Loire was cancelled and partly transferred online.
In this online pre-meeting session happening on 20 October at 11:00-13:00 CEST on Zoom, the Arts in European Rural Area (AREA) Network will present their network as well as local projects related to transmission in rural And peri-urban territories.
