European Solidarity Residency OPEN CALL 2026
We're inviting early-career curators and cultural professionals—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—to join our second, 2026 cohort across Budapest, Dubrovnik & Lidice (14 September–13 October 2026). ESR offers 20 fully funded residencies across 2025–26.
What you'll receive: Accommodation, travel, coworking space, mentoring, and a €1,500 fee — with EU travel covered + ESR Commons Membership (Free): all applicants get access to live talks, Q&As, and a growing resource library—even if not selected.
Who can apply: Early-career curators and cultural professionals residing in Creative Europe countries, including applicants with children or disabilities, and those affected by any war.
How to apply: Join ESR Commons Membership (free) → complete the form → submit a CV and a max—500-word statement (portfolio optional). Audio/video applications welcome.
Deadline: Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at 1 pm CEST
Interviews: Mon 15 – Fri 19 June 2026.
Final results: Friday 30 June 2026
