Equal Arts has reached its finish date: 30 September 2026.
After two years of work on gender equality in leadership and management roles in the Performing Arts, Dance, Media and Theatre, our Erasmus+ KA210-VET partnership has come to a close. Here is what we delivered together:
68 learners enrolled, from 8 nationalities
33 lessons and 21 videos in Spanish, English and Italian
Women in Leadership playbooks and a curriculum built around real testimony from women working in the sector
The Equal Arts Digital Portfolio, with 52 real practices to adapt to your organisation, training or policy work
The three-part "Equal Arts Unlocked" webinar series, where 100% of participants said they would recommend it and 85% were very satisfied
The project is over, but the learning isn't. The Certificate in Performing Arts Leadership, the playbooks and the Digital Portfolio remain free to use at www.equalarts.eu.
InDance International will carry this work forward across Europe, England and Africa, supporting women seeking mentoring, upskilling, training and knowledge in the performing arts sector.
