Join Air Guitar World Champion Aapo Rautio and Air Guitar Ambassador Justin Howard for a high-energy introduction to the world of air guitar. Since launching in Oulu in 1996, the Air Guitar World Championships has become an international phenomenon celebrating creativity and collective joy.
In this playful workshop, participants will be introduced to the spirit of “Make Air Not War”, learn the basics of air guitar performance, and create their own air guitar persona before playing together as a group. No musical experience - or physical guitar - required.
Expect wild energy, big gestures and a session that invites you to let go, have fun and embrace the freedom of performance.
