IETM Environmental Working Group - How to Rehearse Green Futures
Venue: Wolfgang-Neuss-Salon
Address: Viktoriastraße 10-18, 12105 Berlin, Germany | Venue Information | Event Map
IETM working groups are led by members and provide a space to tackle issues important to the network.
The Green Transition has been a strong theme at IETM since the Rewiring process in 2019. The IETM Environmental Working Group has worked towards a more sustainable and green future for the performing arts and making the arts sector a leading force in environmental processes. Despite its best intentions, the IETM Environmental Working Group has been inactive for the past couple of years and is in need of a refresh.
This joyous and hopeful workshop will explore ambitious plans for the network embedded in Climate Justice. With growing concern about natural disasters, ecosystems collapsing, social instability and warring over resources, this is for anyone committed to experimenting and exploring ways to deepen green transition in their context. You may just be starting your journey, have attended IETM's Green School or are already leading a revolution at home. We are keen to hear about the inspired ideas and wicked problems you are facing, and will start making plans to rehearse the future we want to create together. The earth needs everyone now!
