East European Performing Arts Platform (EEPAP) supports the development of contemporary performing arts in Central and astern Europe. Our aim is to facilitate international exchange of artists, professionals, curators and thinkers in the field of contemporary performing arts in Europe and to develop educational programs rooted in the context of the contemporary society. We focus on 18 con tries : Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine. Our main activities include the educational program DESANT; lab meetings, websites, workshops and other opportunities for sharing contacts, ideas, experiences; residency programs; research projects and reports. EEPAP STRUCTURE: EEPAP was initiated in 2011 by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, a government institution which promotes Polish culture worldwide under its flagship brand Culture.pl. Since 2012, EEPAP is organised jointly with the City of Lublin.
