In the framework of this programme, IETM carried out a series of events, publications and policies addressing the issues related to Arts and Disability and advocating for more inclusive practice in the performing arts sector. Here are some of them:

Events

• A working session titled Towards an inclusive culture dedicated to discussing questions of inclusion and diversity during the IETM Amsterdam Plenary Meeting (Spring 2016).
   
• A working session titled Other abilities, evolving aesthetics?, which focused on Arts and Disability in the framework of the IETM Valencia Plenary Meeting (Autumn 2016).
   
• 5 free delegate places at the IETM Valencia Plenary Meeting awarded to disabled-led or inclusive arts organisations as nominated by the British Council. 

Publications

• A professional report of the Towards an inclusive culture working session of IETM Amsterdam 2016.
   
• A Fresh Perspectives publication, Permission to stare: Arts and Disability, published and commissioned in partnership with the British Council.
