Andreia De Figueiredo
Brazil
Andreia is a director, curator and actress. She has been a partner for 25 years to artists, leaders and representatives of Indigenous peoples. She holds a PhD from USP, with a study on art, coloniality and Indigenous peoples. In 2026, she will begin her postdoctoral research on curatorship from decolonial perspectives. She has worked for 9 years at MITsp – the São Paulo International Theater Festival – where she currently serves as curatorial assistant to the artistic direction. She is the artistic director of !PULSA! Insurgent Art Movement. She is also the Curatorial Coordinator of the Museum of Indigenous Cultures of the State of São Paulo (2022–2025) and the artistic director of Outra Margem.
Brahim Jumaa
Syria
Brahim is a Syrian theatre-maker, dramaturg and educator. A graduate of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, his practice centers on collaborative creation, minimal staging and research-driven dramaturgy, creating immersive experiences for audiences. Institutions including the Tunisian National Theatre, Culture Resource, AFAC and L’Art Rue have supported his projects. He leads pedagogical workshops for emerging practitioners, designing practice-based dramaturgy modules that foster collaboration, deepen inquiry and develop creative identities through physical-dramaturgical methods across local and regional contexts.
Louise Gallagher
New Zealand
Louise Gallagher is the CEO of PANNZ (Performing Arts Network of New Zealand) since 2017, with over two decades of senior arts management experience, she is deeply committed to championing high-quality, artistic works from Aotearoa NZ on both national and international stages. She leads strategic initiatives including the annual PANNZ Arts Market, the national touring programme and Festivals Commissioning Fund.
Mia Shen
China
Mia is a theatre and dance creative producer born and raised in China. She trained in the MFA programme in Theatre Management and Producing at Columbia University in New York. With experience across commercial and non-profit performing arts in the US, UK, and Mainland China, she has led international collaborations including new work development with the National Theatre in London. Mia is the founder of Mad Attic, a creative brand developing original content focused on social issues and minority voices, fostering new work and cross-cultural exchange.
Miloš Janjić
Serbia
Miloš is a freelance multimedia artist working in performing, applied and visual arts. He holds a BA in fashion design from the TSS Belgrade Academy. Since 2016, he has been developing collective art & culture practices and collaborated as a co-author and performer with actors of the independent Serbian, Ex-YU and regional cultural scene. He received support and scholarships for residencies and nonformal education opportunities across Europe. Initiator/author of the PLESTELIN - festival of queer-feminist performing and multimedia art. Member of the BRINA collective, KC Magacin, an associate of Station and Association ICSS.
OluwaFemi Adebajo
Nigeria
Femi is a multidisciplinary artist exploring innovative intersections of choreography, performance, film, and curatorial practice. Co-founder of Future of Dance Company and Director of Artist Crossroad Festival, he also curates Choreocinema World in Lagos. He is rooted in Yoruba cosmology and heritage, his work reimagines ancestral knowledge through contemporary movement, media and experimental storytelling.
Silvia Tomotaki
Peru
Silvia is a performance artist, director, and playwright based in Lima, Peru. Her work explores biography and personal memory as spaces shaped by social, historical and class forces. She creates poetic devices that link the personal with the communal and political through interdisciplinary and participatory projects. Since 2018 she has collaborated with Yuyachkani and works with incarcerated communities through Soy Libertad. She co-founded Plástico&Pop in 2023, a lab exploring biography as a critical lens on reality. She has joined festivals and residencies across the Americas and Europe.
Solanyi is a Colombian cultural manager and performing arts specialist living and working as a migrant in Chile. With experience in artistic programming, cultural policy and international cooperation, she connects creativity, community engagement and public impact. She has worked with institutions such as GAM (Chile) and Colombia’s Ministry of Culture, leading projects that bridge artistic creation and diverse communities. She now directs the Metropolitan Regional Office of Balmaceda Arte Joven (BAJ), leading youth arts, residencies and education programmes that empower emerging artists and strengthen inclusive cultural ecosystems.
Viktor Ruban
Ukraine
Viktor is a performer, dancer, choreographer, researcher (ph.d. in culture studies), producer, curator, educator, independent culture diplomat and culture activist. He is working on a project basis in Ukraine and abroad based in Kyiv, and is the Director General of Ruban Production ITP as well as co-founder, programme director and representative of CO ICF ‘Impulse Transformation Platform’. He is also the initiator and ambassador of Ukrainian Emergency Performing Arts Fund, initiator of Tanzplan Ukraine, programme director and initiator of programmes for the psycho-emotional health recovery of Ukrainians with creativity and art-education, as well as the representative of Ukraine in the European Culture Parliament.
William Ruiz Morales
United States
William is a Cuban artist, dramaturg, producer and researcher based in Los Angeles. His work spans experimental live-arts projects, festivals and platforms for local performance artists, characterised by a nomadic, context-driven practice across multiple regions. He began his career in Havana and later expanded his practice in Europe, New York and Miami. In Los Angeles, he directs Field Initiatives at Los Angeles Performance Practice, supporting artists through responsive programmes, and runs Ouow Studio, a platform for ‘infrastructural poetics’, helping artists and institutions rethink how creative work is made and sustained.
