TRAINING STRUCTURE
- 2 hours of individual coaching
Each participant will have two hours of individual coaching with one of the training trainers. - 5 days of live expert workshops...
Coaches and guest experts will provide practical tools, resources and exercises to support the development of creative leadership over two intensive training retreats. - ...and of group work and peer support
Participants will put collaborative leadership techniques into practice with a group design challenge assigned by the Creatorship training facilitators. The outcomes will be presented at the end of the training. - and “On the Job” training
Participants will be encouraged to start the training with a personal project or a goal they want to improve during the three-month training. Each week, participants will have two hours of group training led by trainers to support workplace development, learning, troubleshooting, and mutual knowledge sharing and problem solving to achieve this personal goal.
LOCATION
The educational retreat will take place at the Gambelas campus of the University of Algarve, in Faro, on the borders of the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean.
The accommodation will be in Faro's city centre.
