Jasmin Vardimon Company is seeking a new Executive Director to join the organisation at an exciting time as it takes residence in its new purpose-built home in Ashford, Kent. 

Together with their Artistic Director, Jasmin Vardimon, the Executive Director will lead on the delivery of the company’s entrepreneurial and creative business model, with a key focus on our ambitions nationally and internationally. 

They are looking for someone who will be able to support and translate the company’s artistic vision and mission into a business plan that will enable its continued development and growth. The Executive Director will provide inspirational leadership, alongside the Artistic Director, build relationships with key partners and stakeholders working to embed the new building in the local community, drive development and fundraising for the company, and play a central role managing finance, operations and governance.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager capable of representing the organisation at all levels and in a range of environments, working at senior management level within the cultural or creative industries, or with relevant senior management experience from another sector. 

The Executive Director is a full-time permanent post offered at a salary of £65,000.
