IETM Out & About - Autumn engagements and upcoming activities
- On 20 and 21 October, IETM is invited to speak at the conference ‘Shaping Ecological Futures: Arts, Institutions and Cultural Policy’, co-organised by IETM Associate Member DGARTES and CEIS20, and hosted by the University of Coimbra. The conference is set to situate the current ecological crisis within broader historical, political and cultural frameworks and how imagination and artistic practice can function as tools for resilience and survival. IETM Secretary General Ása Richardsdóttir will intervene and share insightful learnings from the work of IETM and Perform Europe, on sustainable practices, training and research, on the IETM Green School, the SHIFT programme of networks and on how Perform Europe as a EU funding scheme is contributing to the green reimagination of international touring.
