This room is open for participant-led sessions. Four 90 minute slots are available throughout Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 June for you to call your own session - host a discussion, meeting, workshop or something entirely different.
How to book a slot:
- Sign up at the Information and Accreditation Desk.
- You will be required to provide your name, organisation or job title, country and short explanation of the content of the session you are organising.
- Sign-ups are on a first come, first served basis.
- Please remember to cancel your session at the Information and Accreditation Desk if you change your mind.

Please note: a microphone, chairs, pens, paper and post-it notes will be available in the room, there is no access to a projector. You will need to run the session by yourself, without technical or logistical support from the IETM or venue teams.
