Perform Europe launches third Open Call for cross-border touring in the performing arts
Perform Europe has launched its third Open Call, offering €1.4 million in total to support innovative cross-border touring projects across 41 Creative Europe countries.
The call is open to performing arts professionals and organisations based in 41 Creative Europe countries and requires partnerships of at least three partners from three different countries.
Proposals must include at least one completed work from circus, dance, outdoor arts, performance art, puppetry or theatre (excluding live music and opera) and tour in at least three Creative Europe countries.
The call prioritises inclusion and diversity and the fight against climate change, with particular attention to underrepresented regions and communities.
Funding is available in three categories: €15,000, €25,000 or €55,000, with additional top-ups up to €5,000 for accessibility and sustainability measures. 5% of the total funding will be dedicated to proposals involving Ukraine. Selected projects can tour between 1 March 2027 and 31 January 2028.
Deadline: 22 October 2026 at 23:59 CEST.
Perform Europe is co-funded by the European Union and implemented by a Consortium of six organisations.
