All The Queens Men champion social equality celebrating diverse communities through creative actions, contemporary arts and socially engaged frameworks.
Established by Australian artists Tristan Meecham and Bec Reid, ATQM projects are united aesthetically and structurally by a strong set of social and political values; values that reinforce our need to make incredible art; driven by the belief that arts enrich the fabric of society. ATQM core values include inclusivity, diversity, visibility and equality. We think of our projects as creative actions; cultural interventions that reframe people’s experience of themselves within the world. Many of our socially engaged projects build and support communities over long periods of time; culminating in significant cultural and social celebrations that have long lasting impact. We work at the intersections of health, diverse youth, ageing, LGBTI+ equality and sport, to name a few.
With over 30 years of combined experience in contemporary community engagement, All The Queens Men have presented large-scale community projects around the world. In 2019 we will commence collaborations with the National Theatre of Scotland, Luminate Festival and West Kowloon Cultural District.
