Munich has made many efforts to improve its infrastructure and offers online information about transport, accommodation, toilets, restaurants, etc.
It is our aim to make IETM Munich as accessible as possible. However, it is not yet possible to offer certain services at each and every location. If you have a disability, we therefore recommend that you check the location of your interest.
The main venue Gasteig is fully accessible, as well as the venues for the evening programme, the HochX, the Schauburg, and the Wagenhalle. Where accessibility is more challenging, like in the Lothringer 13/the Rroom, the IETM Munich team will have helpers and mobile support devices ready. To learn more about the accessibility of each venue, click here.
All accessibility details which are provided online are collected based on the information received from the venues' staff and their websites. If you need more information, please get in touch with venues directly.
Speech-to-text captioning will be provided for the following sessions: Opening dialogue: Acting Europe, Talk of the day: They call me an artist, Talk of the day: Eurocentrism is the new colonial, The European Republic under construction, The majority is different, and Farewell brunch.
The association Club Behinderter und Ihrer Freunde is available for answering enquiries related to accessibility. They can be reached at info@cbf-muenchen.de.
