What decides the methods, the topics and structures involved in intercultural dialogue? How does cultural diplomacy and international cultural cooperation create equity and mutual understanding? A great article - I couldn't make this session so it's really useful to have this report. And I love the final 'call to arms': 

"Art is powerful, and that power is inspirational and conscious-opening. Who else but artists would be better in opening space to imagine a new future: democratic, sustainable, solidary?"
