IETM Membership Renewal 2024

Below you will find more information about the procedure to either renew your/your organisation's IETM membership for 2024, change your membership category, or cancel your membership.

If you have/your organisation has already paid your membership for 2024 and you are seeing this notification, please contact us at membership@ietm.org.

How to renew your membership for 2024?

To renew your/your organisation's membership for 2024, please follow these simple steps:

1) Log in to your IETM account and access the Membership Renewal Form;

2) Check that the information in the form is correct and up to date;

3) If the information is correct, please proceed with the payment: online by credit card (a proof of payment and invoice will be sent to your email address shortly) or choose the option to pay by bank transfer, and we will send you an invoice. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your payment.

You can see the 2020-2025 membership fees here. The deadline for the early-bird payment has been set to 10 March 2024. After the deadline, an additional amount of 6% will be charged.

How to change your membership category?

If the annual turnover of your organisation has changed, please send us an email at membership@ietm.org, and we will analyse your request to change your membership category. Please note that we might ask you for the financial report of the previous year. You can see the different membership categories here.

How to cancel your membership?

In case you want to cancel your membership, you need to send us a written request at membership@ietm.org before 10 March 2024. According to our internal rules, if you don't let us know that you wish to cancel your membership before the deadline, the fee will remain open and will prevent you from participating in any future IETM activity.

IETM in 2024

2024 will be the final year of your 2022-2024 Creative Europe Network project ‘New International in the Performing Arts (NIPA): Bridging local and global’. In the past two years, we held different activities to stimulate innovation of cross-border collaboration models in the performing arts focusing on Inclusivity, Equality & Fairness (2022) and the Green Transition (2023) using a translocal approach. This year we will collect and share all the knowledge and lessons learned and present our vision on the future of the art sector, under our “new international banner”.   

In this framework, we will organise several IETM physical meetings in 2024: the IETM Sofia Plenary Meeting (12-15 June), the IETM Focus Den Bosh (29-30 October) and our next Caravans, the IETM Caravan Ljubljana (14-17 March) and the IETM Caravan Lofoten (6-9 September).
