Passion and Performance Workshop with Susanne Danig and Guests

BIRCA - Bækkelund International Residency Center for Artists - welcomes you to a 5 day workshop for international stage artists in the middle of the beautiful nature island of Bornholm, where a team of international experts will help you back on track in your professional creative endavours. Give yourself the opportunity to take time out to really reflect on what's driving you, what your competences are, and where your natural working flow lies – as a starting point for the creation of a business plan that truly works.

We will offer an in-depth examination of your true passions, of where your skills are at their best, and what might be blocking you from fulfilling your full creative potential. We will provide you with tools to clarify your artistic profile and what activities to focus on in order to attract the right collaborators, the right audience and the funding to achieve your goals. During this workshop there will be time and space for you to go inside yourself and find the specific answers leading to a practical action plan for a more successful life as an artist. Susanne will generously provide you with her tools as well as her knowledge about networking, communication and a whole lot more.

The workshop takes place at BIRCA on the island of Bornholm, in peaceful and creatively stimulating surroundings that invite you to calm down and reflect deeply. Every morning we will offer meditation and yoga taught by local teachers. And every evening we will join together for a nourishing meal prepared from the quality organic foods found on this island. You will have plenty of time to explore the beautiful nature sites of the island and/or work individually in the rehearsal studios at BIRCA.
