Tromsø city center is quite good in terms of accessibility. The city centre is mainly flat, well-asphalted and with good curb cuts. However, it should be noted that, though it will be springtime in Tromsø during the plenary, there will still be a small possibility of snowfall, which may affect the accessibility of the city (Source: Travel Breath Repeat). For more details on the accessibility of the city, visit this website.

At the meeting
We collect your access requirements when you create your account and register for the meeting.
As we have budget restrictions and are dependent on the local infrastructure, we cannot always guarantee that the conditions will be the same from one meeting to another. Nevertheless, for this meeting we are able to:
- Offer a free registration to your support worker;
- Send you a large print version of the programme;
- Provide speech to text captions for 24 hours of the conference programme (please see below the list of sessions which will be captioned);
- Ensure that all the venues of the working programme are wheelchair accessible.
Captioned session will be uploaded upon confirmation of the programme.
