All organisations – institutions, non-profits, corporations, communities and networks – are inevitably in constant change. They change because of pressure from the outside, reacting to the political, economic, social shifts, and to grass roots demands for influence. They also change in response to change agents and entrepreneurs "on the inside". In this group we will meet cultural actors working on different levels in various organisations all having to face, deal with, understand or provoke change. Together, we will look into organisational change, see what it’s really about, who controls it and how?
